Kalyxa is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied Marketing. She was brought to RAN through the RAY Diversity Fellowship, a program for young BIPOC professionals to advance in the fields of conservation and clean energy.
Kalyxa is passionate about leveraging her marketing and communications skills to amplify causes that are important to her, particularly movements for environmental, racial, and social justice. One of her biggest interests is movement history, and she loves to read about and learn from past social revolutions and apply those insights to modern-day organizing. In her free time, she loves knitting, crocheting, thrift shopping, and spending time in parks.
