Tracy has over 10 years experience managing small grant programs that strengthen the capacity of Indigenous and frontline communities and help to support grassroots leadership. Tracy coordinates with the RAN campaign teams and a network of advisors to help provide rapid funding for people fighting in their own communities across the globe to protect millions of acres of forest, to keep millions of tons of carbon in the ground, and to protect their rights and self-determination.

“I was first inspired to join RAN as a student attending the WTO protests in Seattle in 1999 after seeing the high-profile direct actions and leadership of the organization first-hand.”
