Sticker the Fashion 15
Many of the world’s top fashion companies are complicit in forest destruction, Indigenous rights violations, and climate pollution—all to make trendy clothing. We are calling on you to send a message to the Fashion 15.
The Fashion 15 are:
Closet Classics: Guess, Abercrombie and Fitch, Forever 21, Velvet, & Limited Brands (Victoria’s Secret, The Limited, and Express)
Athletic Wear: Under Armour, Foot Locker, Gaiam, Beyond Yoga
Luxury Brands: Prada Group (Prada, Miu Miu, and more), Vince, Tory Burch, Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, and LVMH (Dior, Donna Karen, Fendi, Givenchy, Marc Jacobs, Louis Vuitton, and more)
This fall, spread the word about the risk associated with clothing made from dissolving pulp: including fabrics like rayon, viscose, Tencel, lyocell and modal.
Join the Out of Fashion Campaign as we sticker the tags of clothes containing destructive fabrics. This will not only show the companie show serious we are, it will inform shoppers about the risks associated with the clothing.
Sign up here and receive your stickering toolkit! Make sure you include your FULL mailing address!
The only thing we ask is that you report back and let us know how it went. Knowing where the stickers were placed and on which company's clothing helps us ensure that Big Fashion feels the heat. Send your stories (or pictures) to us at OutOfFashion@ran.org.
At this time we’re only able to ship stickers within the United States -- if you’re a global activist, stay tuned for other ways to get involved!
