Rainforest destroying 'Conflict Palm Oil' grows, replaces trans-fats?

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) hassignaled the end for heart-harmful, artificial trans-fats in our foods. “If approved, the ban will be a big step forward for public health but it could be a step backwards in the mission to cut Conflict Palm Oilfrom our food supply,” said Ashley Schaeffer Yildiz of Rainforest Action Network (RAN).
