New revelations show conflicts of interest in the Keystone XL review process; thousands encircle the White House

A growing drumbeat against Keystone is strengthened in November following the release of internal State Department documents showing a cozy relationship between the State Department and TransCanada lobbyists. Thousands more encircle the White House to call on the president to reject the pipeline. Soon after, President Obama announces that no decision will be made on the pipeline until after the 2012 election.
