You need:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 small tomato
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- dash of paprika
- corn chips
Directions:
Peel avocado and mash it into a small bowl. Mix in lemon juice very well. Chop the tomato and add to the mixture. Blend in the onion, salt, and chili powder. Sprinkle with paprika and serve with corn chips. Makes about 1 cup.
