This drink is made entirely with fruits that originated in the rainforest. Not only is it delicious, but it's super healthy too! Try it on a warm summer day. Ask an adult to help you.
You need:
- 1 orange, juiced
- ½ a papaya, peeled, cut and seeded
- 1 ripe banana (that has been peeled, cut into pieces and frozen)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Add extra orange juice if too thick. Enjoy! You can also experiment with other fruits like pineapple and mango. Just exchange them with the papaya, or add them in addition. A touch of cinnamon or ginger can add nice rainforest spice!
