Bently Reserve, San Francisco

For the 14th year in a row, REVEL 2008 was a fabulous gathering of RAN's closest friends and supporters, and a celebration of our collective efforts for the Earth.

Guests enjoyed REVEL's new home in Fort Mason as they dined on organic local seasonal fare, sipped earth-friendly wines and scrumptious eco-cocktails, and bid on fabulous items in the silent auction. We were thrilled to present awards to Jack Johnson, Bill McKibben, Marina Silva, and Doug and Kris Tompkins--five deserving individuals and guardians of the planet. Executive Director Michael Brune inspired the crowd with stories of recent victories and RAN's roadmap for the year ahead. Vinyl rocked the house with their funky grooves. And, of course, we raised much needed funds for RAN's critical work - thank you!

Thank you so much for helping make REVEL a success! We look forward to celebrating with you this year.

It’s not the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog. And RAN has proven that time and again.
